Survey Strata Conversions

Any built strata, single tier scheme registered before 1 January 1998 can be converted to a survey-strata. This does not need an application to the WA Planning Commission or involvement of the local government. As long as the owners agree to the conversion, we can complete the surveying requirements and provide the paperwork to complete the conversion.
